1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using 24north's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 24north provides these services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

24north provides AI consulting services for small businesses, including but not limited to:

  • AI strategy and roadmap development
  • AI implementation and integration services
  • Process automation consulting
  • Training and educational resources
  • Ongoing support and optimization

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business needs
  • Respond to reasonable requests for information in a timely manner
  • Pay for services according to the agreed-upon terms
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not share login credentials for the client portal

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any business information, data, or materials you provide to us.

Our Work Product: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any custom code, AI agents, or implementations we create specifically for you become your property upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and pre-existing tools remain our property.

Training Materials: All training courses, videos, and educational content on our platform are licensed for your personal use only and may not be redistributed.

5. Payment Terms

  • Fees for services are as quoted in your proposal or agreement
  • Payment is due according to the schedule specified in your agreement
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue payments

6. Confidentiality

We will treat all information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Upon request, we are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24north shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to deliver excellent results, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings. Results may vary based on your specific circumstances and implementation.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning any work in progress.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
