Quiz
Which Hour of Your Day Is Costing You?
A 2-minute quiz that works out which of the four windows of your day — morning, day, evening or night — is doing the most damage, and what to change first.
Most people fix the wrong hour. They optimise a morning routine when the actual damage happened at 11pm, or chase an afternoon energy hack when the problem is that they stopped breathing through their nose six hours earlier.
This quiz sorts that out. Nine questions, about two minutes, and it points at the single window of your day with the most to gain — then tells you exactly what to change in it.
Common questions
How accurate is this quiz?
It is a self-assessment, not a diagnostic test. It weights the signals that most reliably distinguish a morning, daytime, evening or nighttime problem, but it cannot see your actual sleep. Treat the result as a starting point for what to change first.
What if two windows score close together?
That is common and it is fine. Start with the one the quiz returns, give it two weeks, then re-take it. Fixing one window frequently improves the next, because the day is a loop rather than four separate problems.
Can a quiz tell me if I have sleep apnea?
No, and this one deliberately does not try. If you snore loudly, have witnessed pauses in breathing, gasp awake, or feel exhausted no matter how long you sleep, that warrants a proper assessment rather than a questionnaire.
Not medical advice. This is a self-assessment for general information, not a diagnostic test. If you snore loudly, have witnessed pauses in breathing, gasp awake, or feel exhausted no matter how long you sleep, see a doctor — those warrant a proper assessment rather than a questionnaire.
